Product Update: Payments, Multiple Attachments, Larger Videos

Our team at Kenect is excited to announce the release of three new features immediately available to all Kenect customers. These features are designed to help increase your productivity, revenue, and satisfaction of your customers. As we receive feedback from you on what you would like to see added to our platform, we listen! Here are the updates:

1. Multiple Attachments
   Sending attachments one-by-one is officially over. Many Kenect customers requested a multiple attachments feature and our developers quickly made it a priority to create. This new feature provides the capability to attach multiple files or photos at once in the texts you send. Most importantly, this addition creates a more efficient process that will save time and increase productivity for you and your staff.
   
   These attachments will be sent in rapid succession and save you the time of searching for each file to send individually.

2. Kenect Payments
   This is one of the most exciting updates yet. You can now request payment from your customers through a simple text message. Text-to-Pay allows for quicker payments, touch-free interaction, and higher customer satisfaction. Simply tap the payment button, enter the amount and invoice number, and hit send! Your customers receive the link and can pay within a matter of seconds.
   
   Customers already using Kenect payments have seen massive success. They have been able to run more transactions, increase sales, and adapt to changes in rules regarding COVID-19.

3. Larger Video Size
   The worst message to see when trying to text a customer is "file size too large". To combat this issue, we BOOSTED the file size capacity for Kenect. Files, videos, and pictures may now be up to 100MB in size. This will eliminate the need for many unnecessary emails to be created because of large files.
